Overlooking Carolina Beach's Mooring field & community dinghy dock, this recently updated waterfront condo is the best place on the island to relax & enjoy sunsets over the marsh. Walk just 1 block to the Sand Dollar Beach Access, a half-mile to the Carolina Beach Pier and 1 mile to The Boardwalk. You'll even have a peak-a-boo view of the ocean from your entry door. Boasting fresh paint throughout, new light fixtures, plumbing hardware, deck replacement. Cozy uptrend furnishings & decor and recently purchased beds will have you wrapped in comfort for your beach vacation.

Ground Level:
Designated tandem parking is free! 2 car maximum. This location is not suitable for large SUVs, please seek paid parking for large vehicles.
Stairwell to unit level. Canal Dock available for fishing; the HOA does not allow guests to bring a boat. Outdoor sand shower.

Property Level: we are a one story condo on the second level of the building.
Primary Bedroom Suite: king bed, ceiling fan, double closet, ensuite bath.
Primary Ensuite Bath: bathtub and shower, quartz top single vanity, toilet.
Guest Bedroom: two queen beds, rocking chair, chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan.
Guest Bath: bathtub and shower, quartz top single vanity, toilet.
Living Room: 2 suede recliner sofas, TV, sliding doors to waterfront balcony
Waterfront Balcony: two cushioned outdoor chairs, all weather rattan pub vignette.
Dining Area: antique oak dining table seats 3, kitchen counter seats 2.
Kitchen: retro laminate cabinets and countertops, fashion tile backsplash, refrigerator, electric drop in coil range, double stainless sink with pull spray faucet, dishwasher.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!
Explore the treasures of Carolina Beach, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of restaurants, an arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island.
