Relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean view from this oceanfront townhouse neighborhood! Remodeled in 2024, this fresh and sunny townhome will keep you cheery with all the basics in a bright, clean, small package. Scamper over the sand dunes crossover to swim or hunt for seashells and sharks teeth. Bring your family fishermen and women! The famous Seaview Pier is just a two minute walk down the sand. The Seaview Pier Restaurant and convenience store are right there for sundries and quick meals out. Or, if you prefer a larger selection of options, Snead's Ferry, is just over the bridge and only 7 minutes away to off-island shopping and dining.

Ground Level:
1 covered parking under the home. Second vehicle allowed in the driveway.
Laundry Room with full-size washer and dryer. Extra storage and beach equipment for guest use. Outdoor shower.

Level 2:
Oceanview Sun deck with private entry to property via sliding glass door.
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper, soft side chair, Smart TV, ceiling fan. Spiral staircase to Loft.
Dining Room: dining room table seats 6.
Kitchen: this unit does have a full-size dishwasher, which many other units in the complex do not.
Primary Bedroom Suite: queen bed, Smart TV, ensuite sun deck,
Primary ensuite bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet
Guest Room: Double bed
Loft: Queen bed, Twin bed, ensuite bath
Loft Bathroom: Shower stall, single vanity, toilet.

Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Hard Key. Please stop by our office to pick up your key.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No Smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed.

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Things To Do on Topsail Island
Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.

Neighborhood

Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rogers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.

Getting Around

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center Or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intercoastal Waterway.

Fantastic Location

"Absolutely fantastic property location. You are steps from a bridge over the dunes to the beach in a very quiet strip. Even on the weekends, the beach was only sparsely populated. The home is on the small side, but still comfortably accommodated our family of 6. Check-in and out were very simple.

"Location was ideal, cabin was comfortable but somewhat small for four adults and two teenagers, amenities were okay, and linens need updating. No ice maker.

Fantastic Time

"We stayed here for a week as a family of 6 and had a fantastic time. While the indoor space isn’t spacious, it’s completely adequate and we were fine even on the day where rain kept us all indoors. There is a linen package you can rent that includes all the sheets, bath towels and washcloths, and kitchen towels you need. I’d recommend reaching out to Sea Coast Rentals before you book to see the various options of things you can rent, for instance we also rented a grill and propane tank for pretty cheap. The listing is a little confusing on beds, so to clear it up, the lost space is a single room with a door and full bath. It had a queen and twin sized bed. There’s the primary bedroom with a queen bed, and a very small bedroom beside it with a double bed. The couch also pulls out to a full sized bed, though we never used it. The mattress in the primary bedroom is very comfortable! We also loved that it had its own balcony. Both balconies have staircases that take you to the garage space where you’ll find the outdoor shower and washer/dryer. When we were there we also found a couple beach chairs, lots of sand toys, an inflatable tube, some water toys, and a boogie board in the storage area. You do need to bring your own paper products, but also found that there was plenty of hand soap and a few rolls of tp left. Proximity to the beach was the best part, and it’s a quiet stretch with few other people around.

"This place is all about location! The pictures were accurate but I still didn’t realize how close to the beach we were until we got there. You could hear the ocean waves even at night with the windows closed!! North topsail was so much more peaceful than surf city or topsail.

"We stayed at AfterDune delight this year and last year. It's the perfect place for me and my family . We had 3 adults and 2 kids. We stayed here last year also and love the improvements that were made this year with bigger beds and a dishwasher and new stove! It's perfect for us, close to the beach, pretty much almost ocean front! Has everything you need for a great stay! Sea Coast Rentals are great to deal with and answer any questions or concerns you may have and handle them promptly! The downstairs outside has an outdoor shower and a washer dryer and plenty of beach toys and a dew chairs which is great because less stuff you have to pack in you're car! Only suggestion I have is the seating can be a bit uncomfortable for relaxing! If it were me I would build a bar where the old stove used to be and put some stools there for eating and put another couch or love seat there for more comfortable seating for more people! Great beach, great house, and great rental company! You won't be disappointed! We love Topsail Island, it's our happy place!!!
