Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. Your first pet fee is included in the price. A second dog is allowed with additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Best Topsail week ever!

"This was our best week at Topsail since we started renting on this island in 2015. The house is excellent! Well maintained and equipped. All the bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was outstanding. The kitchen had everything we needed and the gas stove was a real treat to use with all the burners. Two dishwashers made keeping up with cleaning a breeze. Three refrigerators held all our food and drinks for 15 people with many different preferences! The property manager came by twice to introduce himself and see if we needed anything. That was appreciated! Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The theater room was nice but we only used it one time because the weather was so nice! Parking is generous. This is our favorite location in Topsail. Close to everything in North Topsail and short drive to Surf City. Already booked for 2025!

Wonderful Beach Week

"Thank you for a wonderful beach week! We had so much fun riding the waves, searching for shark's teeth and swimming in the pool. This year we were blessed with 16 family members not all but most were in attendance. Our favorite activities: hunting shark's teeth! We found more than 100 of them. We also enjoyed watching kite boarding from the balcony and playing board games until the wee hours of the night.

Heaven on Earth

"We are incredibly grateful you opened up your beautiful home and allowed us to share your little slice of Heaven on earth. The memories we made over the past week are priceless. Family ties were strengthened, and friends turned into family over the course of the week. Dolphins even appeared in the surf bringing to many! We were surprised at the amount of shark's teeth we found- it didn't deter us from swimming and playing in the ocean. Your pool and hot tub were favored by giggling kiddies who enjoyed splashing! Needless to say - we're all going home with sunkissed tans, memories in our hearts and pure genuine gratitude for an amazing week!

"This is our family's third year in this house, and it has been just amazing as before. We have enjoyed many beach hours along with searches for sharks' teeth and Seaglass and shells. "We cannot say Thank You enough for the wonderful week. We have all enjoyed our stay here at North Topsail Beach. We came here for a little family reunion and made some incredible memories together. "Like always, it was a great week of memories, smiles and laughs. We first began coming here eleven years ago and we have enjoyed every single year. "It's our first time at this house and we have already booked for next Summer!!! We celebrated Luke's first birthday and his almost first steps! We have collected sharks' teeth and a lot of sea glass! We had 11 of us here as an annual family vacation. After coming to Topsail for almost 13 years this has been our favorite house! We have enjoyed many family meals, memories and fun times this week. Temps were perfect, house was perfect, and we look forward to next year.
