No Contact Check-in process
Our new check-in process is simple and contact free. Most properties have been updated with keyless entry, so you can go directly to the property once it's available for check-in. If you are picking up keys at our office, just call or text when you arrive and we'll bring the keys right to your vehicle.
This is a very fluid time as we continually adjust based on our local guidelines and restrictions. Click here to see some of our most common questions if you need to cancel your vacation. We always recommend that you purchase travel insurance to assist if you must have trip interruption.
We will limit visits to properties during your stay, but if required, all of our maintenance team will be wearing protective masks, gloves and using disinfectant spray while visiting your property.
During our 2020 vacation season, we will be delivering all linens to the property in sealed, plastic wrapped packages and placed at the foot of each bed. Towels and bath mats will also be cleaned and wrapped for your arrival. To view some of our procedures for cleaning, click here.
Keeping it Clean!!
Our cleaning team put together a quick video to help reassure you that your health is our very first priority.
What you can do!
All area beaches and public areas are enforcing strict policies on social distancing. We ask that you be responsible and practice social distancing and respect others who are trying to do the same.
Although our grocery stores are open for business (including the new Publix, right next door to our new office), many have limited supplies of paper products and essential needs products. We suggest you bring a supply of these with you for your convenience.
Many of our bars and restaurants are open for delivery or curb side service only. We strongly support our local organizations and ask that you do the same. Here is a list of local businesses and what they offer. We will keep this updated as often as we can.
