At Sea Coast Rentals, we work very closely with our Realtor community and appreciate the synergy we have created over the years to helps thousands of clients to buy, sell and rent their investments.
Referral fees are a great way to create extra money for you!! ANY owner you refer to Sea Coast Rentals that signs a property management agreement, you get PAID!! For a long term rental, you will receive 20% of first months rent. If you refer an owner with a vacation rental property that signs a property management agreement, you will receive 20% of a “prime weeks” rate (up to $5,000)!!!
Remember, if you refer us an owner or tenant, once they are ready to buy or sell, we refer them RIGHT BACK TO YOU!!! We DO NOT list and sell properties, we want YOU to do that. So, never worry about us stealing your client.
